The International Women’s Day was celebrated on 8th March 2022, in Ladyhill Victoria High School in the graceful presence of our principal Sr. Ujwala A.C.

The chief guest was Mrs. Usha Kiran Shetty, the Vice President of Alumni Association, retired Bank employee and a National Level Volleyball player who delivered a speech on the importance of women and her different roles in the society.

The students of standard 8th staged a meaningful programme beautifully. They depicted in the short play “Discrimination of women is considered to be one of the major human right violations as it acts as a hurdle for women participation and their promotion in different social spheres”.

The students who have excelled in curricular and co-curricular activities were honored by the Chief Guest.
